Bathing/Dressing- Alternating sponge baths and bathing (minimum 3x/week).

Tour Day
An administrator will greet prospective residents and family to take a guided tour of the facility while recapping details on various services.

In Person Assessment
Suppose the family/resident decides to choose Windrose as their new home. In that case, an administrator will come out to do an in-person assessment to understand the individualized care needs of the prospective resident and discuss how the care home will meet their needs.

Onboarding Documentation
Our staff ensures all necessary paperwork, including medication orders, insurance, and state documentation, as part of the onboarding process.

Move In Day
Move-In Day: On the first day of the resident's “homecoming,” the administrator will greet them, who will lead the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for the resident.
