Personal Care

  • Bathing/Dressing- Alternating sponge baths and bathing (minimum 3x/week).
  • Grooming- Assist with hair washes, teeth/denture care, shaving, ear cleaning.
  • Toileting- Incontinent care, accidents, bedridden care.
  • Housekeeping- Daily sweeping, moping, disinfecting, and bed making (changing of bed linen weekly or as needed).
  • Laundry- Weekly individualized laundry, including washing, folding, and organizing.

Nutritious Meals

  • We ensure diversity in our meals to promote a good diet.
  • Every effort is made to ensure high-quality ingredients that include fresh produce.
  • We track daily food intake to ensure residents receive the necessary calories and nutrition.

Medication Management

  • Assistance with prescribed and OTC Medication as defined by the Physician.
  • Secure Medication inventory management.
  • Timely medication reminders, Medication monitoring, and Aiding in the refilling of orders.
  • Interactive activities, such as socializing with other residents.

Programmed Activities

  • Live Music Therapy, Senior-friendly board games (memory retention), theme nights, Interactive culinary lesson baking & cooking (builds confidence, fosters self-help skills), light gardening, daily fitness & wellness sessions (mobility), dance lessons, reading, storytelling, jeopardy, word/board games, arts & crafts.
  • These activities are designed to foster self-help skills, build confidence and independence, strengthen mobility, aid in memory retention, and, most foundationally, ensure joy and overall well-being within their daily lives.
  • Special Days: Theme Nights (e.g., casino/decade-specific night/ masquerade/ music genre), Podiatrist visits, Hairstylist, Birthday/Holiday Celebrations, family days, and special guests to promote cultural diversity.

24 hr Monitoring

  • Motion-sensored anti-falling system to avoid any falls from our residents.

Schedule an Appointment

Initial Call
Once we’ve received your information, we will have an initial call to gather more information on the care needs, answer any pressing concerns, and schedule a tour

Tour Day
An administrator will greet prospective residents and family to take a guided tour of the facility while recapping details on various services.

In Person Assessment
Suppose the family/resident decides to choose Windrose as their new home. In that case, an administrator will come out to do an in-person assessment to understand the individualized care needs of the prospective resident and discuss how the care home will meet their needs.

Onboarding Documentation
Our staff ensures all necessary paperwork, including medication orders, insurance, and state documentation, as part of the onboarding process.

Move In Day
Move-In Day: On the first day of the resident's “homecoming,” the administrator will greet them, who will lead the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for the resident.
